This document is designed to guide Children's National research teams through various administrative and regulatory policies and procedures related to the submission, review, and approval of clinical trial research. The goal of this toolkit is to assist with navigating the review and approval process as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Investigator Toolkit: Regulatory Resources
The purpose of this toolkit is to provide investigators and their study teams with various regulatory resources needed for the successful preparation and submission of a research proposal. Topics include study design, preparation of the written protocol and consent documents, submission to the IRB, and the reporting of unanticipated problems and adverse events.
