Discover SCIENCE with Dr. Bear: All about Sleep!

Date:
Monday, December 17, 2018 - 16:00 to 17:00

Did you know:
  • Every person generally dreams every night – whether you remember or not depends on what sleep cycle you had the dream in and when you woke up.
  • Sea otters sleep wrapped in kelp or holding onto other otters so they don’t float away.
Come join the SCIENCE team for another drop-in program titled "Starry Night Light". We will be making paper lanterns and learn about sleep and how to have a healthy sleep routine.
