Learning Objectives:
After attending the conference, attendees will be able to:
- Describe concepts related to cross-cultural (ethnic, racial, gender, LBGT, and generational) mentorship, for both the mentor and mentee.
- Discuss the issues, consequences, and related research, of unintentional bias.
- Identify funding and fellowship opportunities for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
