REDCap Hands-On Training

The Clinical and Translational Science Institute at Children's National (CTSI-CN) is pleased to continue to offer Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) training to the Children's National and GW research communities.

Class size is limited, participants must be members of the CTSI-CN.


July trainings will be held at both Children's National (in West Wing, P2 level Technology Training Room 1) and GWU (in Science and Engineering Hall [SEH] Room #7750 [see map below]).

Hands-on training sessions have been scheduled for:

(CN) REDCap 102     Surveys, Longitudinal Studies and Application            Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019                       1:00PM - 03:00PM

If you wish to obtain hands-on training for REDCap access, follow these steps: 

  1. Training Classes: Sign up for training sessions HERE. Please note: The REDCap 101 training is required if you want to attend the 102 training the next day.
  2. Training Evaluation: Help us help you. After attending the class, we ask that you complete the Training Evaluation Survey which gives you the opportunity to tell us how well we are teaching the content. (NOTE: completion of this survey is required in order to receive your personal REDCap access).
  3. Request an Account: Please submit your request for a REDCap account HERE.
